Health Camp held in Musanagar on 23/11/2013

Heal India doctors Lakshmi Pal and R.S Pal held a medical camp at the Arpit Gramin Vikas Sansthan in Musanagar on 23/11/2013. The camp successfully attended to over 200 patients, mainly adults with added focus to women health.Heal India thanks the host, Suman Singh, whose main objective is to empower women,toward independent sustenance, for facilitating this camp with admin and volunteer support.The camp successfully completed routine health checkup like Blood Pressure, weight, blood sugar,etc along with specific patient complaints ranging from fatigue to epilepsy and heart conditions. Patients that required additional tests were advised to get the same done from the nearby hospital and Heal India doctors have offered to provide consultation and advice over the phone and/or net via the the Sansthan (Mrs Suman Singh).There is a dire need for volunteer doctors in these remote areas and Heal India welcomes doctors to sign up if they desire to participate in future camps.Hindi newspapers Rashtriya Sahara and Aaj covered the event.
