Minutes of the meeting held by Heal India members on 11th August 2012 .

Executive members meeting of Heal India was held on 11th Aug and was attended byDr.Lakshmi Pal, Dr.R.S.pal, Dr.Neelima , Mr.Anuj Bhargava, Mrs.Chitra Viwanath.Details of health camp to be held on 19th August 2012 at Aayudham old age home at Najafgarh were discussed.Camp will start at 10AM and will continue till 1 PM.We need volunteers for doing registration and ECG.Mr.Bhargava has been told to find out if we need to get a pharmacist for dispensing medicines.All members have been told to make it convenient to attend 15th August celebration to be held at Aayudham.Dr.R.SPal has been told to look into registering HI in UP.All members have to start enrolling selected people for life membership in HI.Dr.Lakshmi Pal has to look for a suitable venue for next camp in the month of Sept 2012;Memebrs suggested Rishikesh for October camp.Mr.Bhargava has to look for a CA to take care of HI accounts.
