Health Camp on 11th sept 2011

Heal India conducted the september Health Camp in collaboration with Human Vision Society at Rashtriya Shakti Vidyalay, Hastsal,Uttam Nagar, New Delhi on Sunday, the 11th Sept 2011.About 250 patients attended the camp and free medicines were distributed to all those who needed medication.Around 150 patients were having Eye problems and Dr.R.S.Pal relentlessly examined each one and gave medication.About 10 patients had cataract problem and they will be followed up for further treatment.Dr.Neelima Dr. Lakshmi Pal, Dr.P.S.Aman and Dr.R.S.Pal conducted the camp .As usual Mr.Dhanwantri ,Pharmacist helped in dispensing medicines to patients and his wife who has specialised in naturopathy lent a hand in counselling patients.Human Vision Society members took care of the camp meticulously and the process of registration ,maintaining a descipline among patients etc went very smoothly.A special mention has to be made about the contribution of students and staff of the school in conducting the camp.At least two students of the school stood in front of each Doctors room to help regulate the inflow of patients,to answer their query and look after the needs of the doctors.
